⦁ Purpose of Collection: Application processing and verification, event management and communication, booth fee settlement, delivery of notices, introduction of participating organizations on the website, and production of promotional materials.
⦁ Retention and Use Period: Until the required retention period under applicable laws and regulations has expired after the event concludes.

※ You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, refusal to provide consent may prevent you from completing your application.

Application confirmation notices will be sent to the representative's contact number,
and booth fee payment notices and invoices will be provided sequentially within 7 business days.
